Familiar Within is a digital reading and product experience operated by STREX LLC.

Age and capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Familiar Within reading experience or purchase a product. You must not provide another person's birth or private information unless you have lawful authority to do so. You must not attempt to bypass, misrepresent information to, or interfere with the age control.

Permitted use

You may use the experience and purchased digital products for your own lawful, personal use. You must not misuse the service, submit unlawful or unauthorised information, probe or disrupt its security, copy a paid product for redistribution, or use the service to harm, harass or make consequential decisions for another person.

Optional accounts

Your Familiar Space is optional. Guest access to the quiz, free result, checkout, receipt recovery and a valid paid reading remains available without an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email and devices secure.

Saving a free reading requires an explicit action. Previous answers can be reused only as editable defaults for a new reading and should not be treated as permanent truth. A purchase appears in an account only when its customer email matches the independently verified account email. Account state, a customer index or possession of a receipt link cannot prove payment. Current signed entitlement is checked again before paid content opens.

Reflective and entertainment use

Astrology, matching and bond content are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not veterinary, behavioural, medical, mental-health, disability, legal, financial, breeding or adoption advice. Do not delay or replace qualified professional help because of a Familiar Within reading.

Animal welfare

A reading cannot guarantee an individual animal's temperament, health, behaviour, compatibility or suitability. Breed and chart language describe possibilities, not certainty. Meet the animal, involve reputable rescue or care professionals, consider every household member, and put the animal's welfare, history and observed needs ahead of a digital result.

Digital products and delivery

Paid readings and guides are personalised digital products prepared before secure checkout. The private portal unlocks only after a correctly signed Lemon Squeezy notification confirms paid status for the expected store, mode, product and variant. A redirect, receipt link, claim token or browser message alone does not authorise access. The Lemon Squeezy receipt button returns to the same private portal, so receipt-email timing is not the normal delivery mechanism.

Portal access normally remains available for 365 days from signed payment confirmation. The receipt link is a high-entropy bearer link that can establish a new short-lived private session during that period, but it is never proof of payment. Keep your receipt and private session secure. If a paid package fails a consistency check, access is held in a review-required state for secure operator recovery rather than exposing an incomplete or mismatched product.

Printable journals, cards and planner

The collection consists of standard, non-personalised PDF downloads. Each individual product includes A4 and US Letter editions. The complete collection includes all three products in both sizes. Nothing is physically shipped. These files are designed for printing or reading and annotating in a compatible PDF application; they are not fillable forms and do not include software.

Lemon Squeezy provides file access after successful payment and through your order email. Download and keep your copies for personal use. The 365-day reading-portal period does not apply to these standard PDF downloads. Do not resell or publicly share the files.

Prices, payment and taxes

Prices, included files and availability are shown before checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax, VAT, receipts and payment-related customer information. A purchase is complete only when Lemon Squeezy confirms payment.

Refunds and mandatory rights

For personalised readings, cancellation or change-of-mind options may be limited after preparation or access begins where the law permits. For standard PDF downloads, please contact us with your order number if you need help or wish to request a refund. Requests are assessed according to the issue, the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer rights. A correctly signed refund notification revokes private portal, reading and guide access. Contact us promptly if a product cannot be accessed, is materially defective or does not match its description. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, refund rights or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Availability and suspension

We may correct errors, update or withdraw content, refuse or cancel an uncompleted order, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, service integrity or material misuse. If we cancel a paid order before delivery without customer fault, the applicable payment or refund process will be followed.

Intellectual property

Familiar Within branding, writing, artwork, reading logic, site design and paid digital products are owned by or licensed to STREX LLC. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the delivered product. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale, public distribution, training a competing system, or removal of rights notices.

Liability boundaries

To the extent permitted by law, Familiar Within is provided without a promise that every result will be accurate, available or suitable for a particular purpose. STREX LLC is not responsible for decisions about acquiring, rehoming, treating, training or caring for an animal that are made in place of individual assessment and qualified advice. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Company and applicable rights

Familiar Within is operated by STREX LLC. Any governing-law or dispute term applies only to the extent permitted in your location and does not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights available to you.
