Familiar Within is operated by STREX LLC. This launch policy explains the intended data boundaries of the service and will be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.

Information used for readings

We use the birth details, lifestyle answers and email address you provide to calculate, create and deliver your reading. Birth information is never included in a public sharing card.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Familiar Within does not receive or store full card information. We retain the order identifier, product, purchase state and delivery email needed to fulfil and support the purchase.

Marketing consent

Product delivery and marketing permission are separate. You can receive a reading without agreeing to promotional email.

Public profiles

Only explicitly allowlisted information, such as a familiar name, image and one-line essence, may appear on a shareable page. Private chart placements and birth details remain excluded.
